Request a Ballot

 

A Ballot can be obtained and submitted in one of several ways:

 

1) Request a Ballot for digital signature by contacting us at PadreIslandARCH@gmail.com

 

Include your neighborhood or street address so we can forward the correct ballot.

 

If this option is chosen you will receive, by email, a PDF that allows a digital signature to be applied.  The document is then returned via the Adobe e-sign verification site.  Both the ARCH Group and You will receive a copy of the e-signed document.  The process used is the same as used by banks, realtors and other businesses to facilitate transfer of signed documents.  No printer or scanner is required.

 

If the property is owned by multiple persons, only one e-signature is required.  If the property is associated with a business, please include the name in the "Business Name" section on the ballot.

 

2) Download a copy of the Ballot.

 

Find your neighborhood ballot link by clicking the "Neighborhoods" tab on the left.  Print it out, fill it out and sign (making sure to include all relevant information).  And don't forget to sign!

 

If the property is owned by multiple persons, only one signature is required.

 

Once signed, you can return it in one of several ways:

Scan and email to PadreIslandARCH@gmail.com

 

3) Contact us at PadreIslandARCH@gmail.com to request a Ballot by mail or we can just drop it off.

 

If you select option 1 or provide your email address in option 2 or 3, you will received verification that your ballot has been received as well as a unique ballot identifier that can be used to verify your vote.
