Request a Ballot by Proxy

 

A Ballot by Proxy can be obtained and submitted in one of several ways:

 

1) Request a Ballot by Proxy for digital signature by contacting us at PadreIslandARCH@gmail.com

 

If this option is chosen you will receive, by email, a PDF that allows a digital signature to be applied.  The document is then returned via the Adobe e-sign verification site.  Both the ARCH Group and You will receive a copy of the e-signed document.  The process used is the same as used by banks, realtors and other businesses to facilitate transfer of signed documents.  No printer or scanner is required.

 

If the property is owned by a married couple, only one e-signature is required.  If the property has multiple non-married owners, please include the email address of all owners so that each can sign the ballot.

 

2) Download a copy of the Ballot by Proxy using this link Proxy Form

 

Print it out, fill it out and sign (making sure to include your property address and number of votes).  If you are unsure of your number of votes, you can check our FAQ page or contact the PIPOA.

 

If the property is owned by a married couple, only one signature is required, though we encourage both to sign.  If the property has multiple non-married owners, all owners should sign.

 

Once signed, you can return it in one of several ways:

3) Contact us at PadreIslandARCH@gmail.com to request a Ballot by mail or we can just drop it off.

 

4) Meet with us and fill out a ballot at one of our upcoming events

 

If you select option 1 or provide your email address in option 2, 3 or 4, you will received verification that your proxy has been received as well as a unique ballot identifier that can be used to verify your vote after the election has occurred.
